Warranty and Refunds
FORAGERS GUARANTEE
We want to set you up for success and we do everything we can to have your mushroom kits flourish. Our kits are guaranteed at least 1 flush (0.5lb-2lbs). Replacement kit provided in the event of no growth. If you encounter this issue, please reach out as soon as possible at info@foragersgalley.com so we can find the best solution to get you growing.
FOOD PRODUCTS
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on food products
CULTIVATION PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of using grain spawn versus buying our kits, they require much more of a hands-on approach. We try our best to set you up for success with all of our cultivation products. If you have any questions about how to grow your mushrooms or you run into any issues while using our grain spawn we are here to help. In the chance that there is an issue with the spawn you received please feel free to reach out but we can offer no guarantee of successful flushes
