FORAGERS GUARANTEE
We want to set you up for success and we do everything we can to have your mushroom kits flourish. Our kits are guaranteed at least 1 flush (0.5lb-2lbs). Replacement kit provided in the event of no growth. If you encounter this issue, please reach out as soon as possible at info@foragersgalley.com so we can find the best solution to get you growing.

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy for returning products:
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for products that are sealed and unopened in their original packaging.
The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping and Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our customer service team at info@foragersgalley.com to initiate the return process and receive the return shipping address.
Include your Order Number and the reason for the return in your message.
Once the returned product is received and inspected to confirm it is sealed and unopened, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
